Cookie policy.
This policy explains the cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies used on zeninst.com, what they do, and how you control them.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps data on your device without sending it automatically with every request. We use both to operate requested features, remember your choice and measure site use as described below.

3. Essential storage
Inquiry-list and consent-choice storage supports features you request and cannot be switched off through the analytics control. You can remove it through the inquiry-list controls or your browser's site-data settings. Blocking local storage may prevent those features from persisting between pages or visits.
4. Google Analytics and consent mode
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and actions such as opening a quotation journey or adding a product to an inquiry. The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied unless you have already accepted. While denied, it does not read or write analytics cookies, but it may send limited cookieless measurements to Google for basic measurement and modelling. These can include consent state, timestamp, user agent, referrer, page and event information, and a random value generated on the page. If you accept, analytics storage is granted and the Google cookies listed above may be used for fuller measurement.
Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are always denied in our configuration, and Google signals and ad personalization features are disabled. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, specifications or other inquiry-form contents to Google Analytics.
5. Your choices
Select Accept cookies to enable analytics storage or Reject optional cookies to keep analytics storage denied. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics-cookie use but does not undo processing that occurred while consent was valid. You can also delete existing cookies and local storage in your browser.
6. Providers, transfers and retention
Google processes analytics information under its own service terms and privacy materials and may process it outside your country. User-level and event-level data is retained according to the controls selected in our Google Analytics property; some aggregated reporting may remain available beyond that setting. 7. Changes and contact
