Do not submit patient records, payment card details or other sensitive personal information through the public forms.

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate products, samples and OEM requirements; prepare quotations; administer orders and supply relationships; provide support; keep business records; secure and improve the website; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. 4. Inquiry list and essential browser storage

The inquiry list uses your browser's local storage to retain selected ZEN article numbers and quantities between pages and visits. The list stays on that device until you remove its items or clear the site's stored data. This storage supports the feature you requested and does not contain your form contact fields.

5. Website measurement

Non-essential website analytics are not configured in this release. If measurement tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.

6. How information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that host the site, deliver form messages, provide communications, protect systems or support order and shipment administration. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be stopped using the method in the message or by contacting ZEN. Operational messages for an active transaction may still be necessary.

External websites apply their own privacy practices. This B2B site is not directed to children, and ZEN does not knowingly seek personal information from children through its inquiry forms.

13. Updates
