1. Who is responsible for your information

ZEN is responsible for the personal information described here. Send privacy questions or rights requests to sales@zeninst.com or through our Contact page. If a quotation or order identifies a different contracting entity, that document controls for transaction records.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• identity and business details, such as your name, company, role, country and business type;
• contact details, including email, telephone and WhatsApp information;
• inquiry and transaction details, including product codes, quantities, specifications, artwork, samples, quotations, orders, delivery and support correspondence;
• technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, consent state and security logs; and
• records required for payments, trade compliance, customs, tax, warranty, dispute resolution or fraud prevention.

Please do not send patient records, payment-card numbers, passwords or special-category or similarly sensitive personal information through a public website form.

We receive information directly from you or your organization, from your browser and device, from products you add to an inquiry, and from service providers or business partners involved in a requested order, shipment or compliance check.

Essential local storage retains your product inquiry list and cookie choice on your device. We use Google Analytics 4 with Advanced Consent Mode. Before analytics consent, Google Analytics may receive limited cookieless measurements, including consent state, page or event data, timestamp, referrer, user agent and a page-generated random value; it does not read or write analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics may set first-party identifiers and provide fuller usage measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled in our implementation. We do not send inquiry form fields to Analytics. 6. How we share information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to service providers that host and secure the site, store inquiry records, deliver email, provide analytics or communications, and support orders. For an active transaction, relevant information may also go to banks, insurers, laboratories, professional advisers, logistics providers, customs agents, authorities and approved production or packaging partners. Providers may use the information only for the relevant service or as the law independently requires. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. International transfers

ZEN serves international business buyers from Pakistan and uses global service providers, including Cloudflare and Google. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where law requires it, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism and apply appropriate security measures.

8. Retention

We keep personal information for the shortest period reasonably required for the purpose collected. The period depends on whether an inquiry becomes an order, the product life cycle, warranty and dispute periods, and tax, customs, trade and accounting duties. Unsuccessful inquiries are periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymized when no longer useful or required. Security records are retained only as long as needed to investigate and protect the service. Google Analytics data follows the retention controls configured for our property.

9. Security

We use proportionate technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Arrange an approved secure channel before sending confidential drawings, credentials, regulated data or high-value commercial files.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with your local privacy regulator. We may verify your identity, ask for authority if you act for another person, and refuse or limit a request where the law permits or requires it. We do not use website information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Communications

We use the channel you provide to answer a request and send necessary quotation, sample, order, delivery, warranty and security messages. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and include a way to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about an active transaction.

12. Children and external services

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Linked websites and services apply their own privacy notices and controls.

13. Changes and contact
