Shipping terms built around the order.

Information needed for a shipping quotation

Provide the destination country and city, consignee type, product codes, estimated quantities, required date and any packing or documentation instructions. A postal code and preferred port or airport help when a freight estimate is required.

Production lead time and transit time

Production lead time and carrier transit time are separate. The production schedule depends on order confirmation, payment terms, approvals, product mix and customization. Transit estimates begin after carrier collection and may change because of routing, customs or events outside reasonable control. Dates become commitments only when ZEN confirms them in writing.

Freight method, Incoterms and risk

Courier, air freight, sea freight or another suitable service may be quoted according to shipment size and destination. The named Incoterm and named place in the accepted quotation determine the agreed allocation of cost, delivery responsibility and risk. If a buyer appoints a forwarder, collection instructions must be supplied before dispatch.

Packing and shipment documents

Unit protection, inner packing, carton configuration, labels and private-label requirements should be agreed with the order. Commercial invoices and packing lists are prepared as applicable. Certificates of origin, legalized documents, special declarations or other destination documents must be requested early; availability, cost and processing time are confirmed separately.

Customs, duties and import requirements

The buyer is responsible for confirming product admissibility, import permits, local registration and consignee details unless the accepted terms expressly assign a task to ZEN. Duties, taxes, brokerage, storage and destination charges follow the agreed Incoterm and local law. Customs clearance time is outside a carrier transit estimate.

Dispatch, tracking and split shipments

Dispatch information and tracking or transport documents are shared when available. Partial or split shipment is used only when agreed or reasonably necessary under the order terms. Any resulting cost allocation is confirmed before dispatch.

Inspection on arrival

Count cartons and inspect the external condition promptly. Record visible damage or shortage with the carrier before signing where possible, retain all packaging, and send ZEN the order reference, product codes, quantities, photos and carrier record.
